Shipping Policy

Second Peek Maternity Boutique currently ships anywhere in Canada primarily using Canada Post's Regular Parcel service.  We currently do not ship to the United States or internationally.

We offer flat rate shipping by region.  Our standard shipping rates are listed below:

*Pre-arranged pickups are available Sundays only, (times to be arranged) at Little Bird Fly, located at 2955 Dundas Street West in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood.  Little Bird Fly specializes in gently used & handcrafted new children's clothing & gear.  On occasion, this pickup day and time may change.  Once you select the pick up option at time of checkout,  we will confirm the pickup date and time.  Orders must be placed by 12 noon on Saturdays to qualify for pickup on the following Sunday.  Please note that returns will not be accepted or processed during the pickup period.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.  Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery from the date of shipment.

Returns Policy

Sometimes things look better on the rack than on the person - especially when buying online.  Second Peek Maternity Boutique strives to make your shopping experience a satisfying and happy one.

If a garment does not meet with your approval, Second Peek Maternity Boutique will give a full refund for items returned (minus original shipping costs), that are postmarked within 21 days of purchase with the original receipt and all tags attached.  The cost of shipping back the items will not be reimbursed.  Items deemed final sale at time of purchase will not be refunded.

Please contact us for a Return Material Authorization number before returning any items.  To request a RMA, please click on "Request a Return" under the Information side bar.  You will need to log in to your account, and then fill out the required information.  Please note that items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
