What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payment through PayPal.  You also have the option to pay by credit card through PayPal, with or without a Paypal account.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping.


Do you charge taxes?

All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST excluding New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland.
All New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland orders are subject to 13% HST.
Ontario residents are also subject to 8% PST in addition to the GST.

Note:  starting July 1st, all New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Ontario orders will be subject to 13% HST.  All British Columbia orders will be subject to 12% HST.  All other provinces are subject to 5% GST.


How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

To subscribe to our newsletter, you must first create an account with us.  Click "Log In" at the top right and fill in your details.  Under the section entitled "Newsletter and Email Details", be sure to check the box beside "Subscribe to Newsletter".

Is a pickup option available?

We are now pleased to offer a free pickup option.  Pre-arranged pickups are available Sundays only, (times to be arranged) at Little Bird Fly, located at 2955 Dundas Street West in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood. Little Bird Fly specializes in gently used & handcrafted new children's clothing & gear.  On occasion, this pickup day may change.  Once you select the pick up option at checkout,  we will confirm the pickup date and time with you.  Orders must be placed by 12pm Saturdays to qualify for pickup on the following Sunday.  Please note that returns will not be accepted or processed during the pickup period.
